I work with founders and small business owners as an outside partner: part strategist, part operator, part thinking partner.

This isn't consulting. It's partnership.

I come in when:

  1. You're drowning in operations and can't focus on the real work

  2. Your team needs more from you than you have capacity to give

  3. Things run on your constant oversight and you know that's not sustainable

  4. You need systems, but not ones that stifle how you actually work

What I actually do:

  • Figure out what's really broken (not just what's loud)

  • Build the systems, processes, and structures to fix it

  • Help you hire, prioritize, and make hard calls

  • Stay on as a partner or hand it off when it's working

How it works:

  • Monthly retainer (rate dependent on scope)

  • Typically 3-6 months to get things running, then ongoing or transition out

  • I'm in your business with you, not advising from the outside

I've spent 20 years building, running, and fixing things. I ran my own consultancy for 11 years. I built Netflix's Product Inclusion program from scratch—took it from concept to global team in 18 months. I teach at Pratt.
